Position Description:

MCN Solutions, LLC has an exciting opportunity in our Marketing and IT Department. We are seeking a Graphics Specialist to join our growing team and support our Application Development, Interactive Media, and Digital Communication Services Venture. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be detail oriented, able to work in a team environment and independently. You will:

 

 Provide presentations for prospective/current customers, conferences, and some internal meetings. 

 Daily responsibilities will also include contributing to the sales binder, monthly newsletters, and our social media presence.

 Produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, films, presentations, and packaging.

  Produce informative and instructional material through a variety of media outlets such as websites and CD-ROMs. 

 Generate, manipulate, and integrate graphic images, animations, sound, text and video generated with automated tools into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs.

 Will report to Project Manager.

 Monthly travel to client location is required.

 

Skills Requirements:

Required Skills:

 Candidate should have a minimum of 6 years or more experience of a Graphics Specialist.

 Work accurately within a corporate brand to create presentation materials.

 Work on multiple assignments with competing deadlines.

 Format data using visually appealing graphic elements.

 Keep track of design trends.

 Organize and design a sales binder tool for all new sales recruits.

 Write articles on industry happenings for the monthly newsletter.

 Contribute content for the organization’s social media presence

 Experience in design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Microsoft Office.

 Ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-read presentations.

 Work independently with tight deadlines.

 Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.

 Utilizes social media in a professional manner.

 Strong writer who is able to interview and create articles.

 Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.

 Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Publisher, SharePoint, Access, Visio and Lync.

 Demonstrated ability to work independently or under only general direction. 

 Good communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and support personnel. 

 Good analytical and problem solving skills to resolve technological problems. 

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Monthly travel to client location is required.

 

Desired Skills:

 Knowledge of Section 508 compliance.

 Experience using Screen Reader Software.

 Leadership skills to instruct and mentor less experienced personnel 

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or other related discipline.

 

Education:

Position requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area or 8 years of experience in the field in lieu of degree.
